Large capacity increase for this American customer who ordered 3 automatic longitudinal and 3 transversal finishing lines
- In the longitudinal section, the sewing machines are on a separate track to be able to also finish very narrow carpets
- Next, the carpet is automatically rolled to the right length at the cross cutting station, where an operator cuts the carpet manually
- Finally, both short sides of the carpet are finished simultaneously. The sewing machines follow the sides of the carpet perfectly without operator intervention; even if they are bowed!
