End of line rolller for technical textile
- The end of line roller is designed for straight and hard rolling nonwoven material uninterruptedly, immediately after production.
- The machine continuously detects faults created in the fleece forming process and automatically labels them while rolling. The labeled faults are cut out the rolls by our rewinding station for technical fabrics
- When the roll of newly produced and inspected material reaches a certain diameter or weight, the fabric is cut transversally and the rolling of a new mother roll is started up automatically
- During the rolling, the selfedges of the textile are also cut off and rewound on separate spools
